30 year old Black Trans Choreographer Killed in Milwaukee — Pittsburgh Lesbian Correspondents
A Black trans woman in Milwaukee, Wisconsin named Chyna Long, was shot to death in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 8. She was 30 years old.
The Crime

Honoring Chyna
Chyna was born in Milwaukee and spent some time in Atlanta where she previously attended Atlanta International School. She was a choreographer. Her father Jonathan Long told NBC affiliate TMJ4 that his child was passionate about dance. “She is a choreographer,” he said. “Since 18 years old, kids came to the house, girls by droves, and she would teach them dancing.”
Furthermore, Chyna’s social media mixes personal updates with shares of the musical artists and mavens who inspired her as well as the music she loved. She also posted images of her many different hair styles.
